My name is Alex, and I am a sixth-grade student. I should say that my family is very important to me. We are a close-knit family, consisting of my parents, my younger sister, and me. My father is an engineer, and my mother is a teacher. I think they both inspire me to work hard and pursue my dreams.
As for me, I’m fond of playing football and reading books. Football is my favorite sport, and I enjoy playing with my friends every weekend. Besides that, I love reading adventure stories that take me to different worlds. I'm not keen on watching too much television, as I prefer to spend my time outside or with a good book.
My weaknesses include being a bit shy when speaking in front of large groups. Though I try to overcome this by practicing my speeches at home. I believe that with time and effort, I can become more confident.
